Agonology (science about struggle) in prophylactic and therapeutic dimensions have been freshly promoted in English since 2015 in global science. Five detailed theories of agonology written by four polish scientists (T. Kotarbiński 1938, J. Konieczny 1970, J. Rudniański 1989, RM Kalina 1991, 2000) were published only in Polish. Language and methodology of agonology are suitable for findings yielded by the use on the border of different science sub disciplines. Actions classified as “struggle” is very wide. This class of actions characterizes: “counting itself all the time of action’s duration with a strong and various resistance of a subject that is placed in a constant movement that is independent or material, or even surrounding, or both in common”. There are justified common expressions as “struggle with fire”, “fight against tuberculosis”, etc. For example mutation done by bacteria or viruses to adopt to vaccine and antibiotics are extreme case of counter-action. Despite they doesn’t have consciousness, this fact is irrelevant for people who fights them and what methods they are using to achieve that. For such a class of actions Rudnianski formulates a rule with the highest grade of generality: “at an action in which a material or surrounding, all the action’s time is in independent motion from an acting one, creating simultaneously strong and various resistance; act this way to be able at any moment to possibly change both a plan of action and its manner”.
Capable specialist of cognitive-behavioral therapy based on innovative agonology can achieve surprising placebo effects. Authors obtained such experience during two categories of therapy: 1) special cognitive-behavioral kinesiotherapy based on safe fall techniques; 2) diagnosing and reducing aggressiveness of people regardless age, gender or intellectual disability. Unique means are fun forms of martial arts. Recommendation concerns includes pharmacological restriction of supporting both forms of this therapy as well as solving complex ethical issues.
