Medical tourism is considered the most important indicators of tourism that has a high socio-economic interests. Medical tourism is defined as patients travel to other countries to use health services cheaper and better quality than their country. Iran discussions on issues such as infertility and intervention radiology, renal and liver has been significant progress. The aim of this study was to evaluate the attractiveness of tourism in terms of health and risk factors of health tourism in Fars province. Period from February 2015 to February 2016 research had been to treat population of all tourists who entered the province and our sample of 95 people is health tourists. In this study, four hypotheses were tested that the variables are quality of services provided, the establishment of health, travel health insurance and competitive advantage. In this study Spss18 and Amos 18 softwares are used. By confirmatory factor analysis and ensure the validity, the basis for using structural equation modeling to test the hypotheses were provided. The results indicate that all of the four hypotheses have been approved with a very high significant relationship.
